Camel City Storage is a fully automated, self-service facility. While we do not have full-time on-site staff, our team is available by phone most days from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM to assist you. You have 24/7 access to your storage unit, allowing you to visit anytime that works best for you.
How do I rent a storage unit?
Renting a unit is quick and easy. Simply reserve and rent your unit online in just a few minutes. Once completed, you will receive your gate access and move-in details immediately.
What do I need to rent a unit?To rent a storage unit, you will need:
  • A valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID)
  • A valid payment method
Do I need insurance for my storage unit?
We do not require insurance and our insurance does not insure the contents of your storage unit for you. Please check with your agent for insurance questions and needs.

Do you offer short-term rentals?
Yes. All units are rented on a month-to-month basis, giving you the flexibility to store short-term or long-term with no long-term commitment.
